My birthday is National Anisette Day (July 2nd). Uhhh? Okay. If you want to know what crazy, ridiculous food day your birthday happens to fall on, knock yourself out (thank you, Alida for sharing this time suck ;) ). But much more importantly, THE Mexican food lovers day of feasting is upon us — Cinco de Mayo.

I basically never post round-ups, but since Mexican food makes me weak at the knees and over the years I’ve tried about 1.3 million Mexican recipes, I figured it’d be super cool of me to put them all in one place for you to pick from.
