EVERY Thursday, Mr. Prevention decides he wants something specific for dinner. A craving, if you will. It drives me…bananas!
I like to eat out 1-2 times on the weekend, and enjoy all other meals at home. I do meal plan, after all (hint, hint, Mr. Prevention). Last night I had planned the menu to include Chicken Souvlaki from Bekkah of A Lot of Love, A Lot of Hope, but Mr. Prevention decided he wanted needed PIZZA. Luckily, I keep some of Trader Joe’s whole wheat pre-made crust on hand, so I was able to whip up a salad and pizza in no time…and avoid the calories and cost associated with take-out pizza.
So dinner looked something like this:
Question: Do you get cravings?
I honestly don’t get cravings, and when I do…it’s super rare. Maybe this is because I meal plan and look forward to what’s on the menu for the week? I don’t know, but I really don’t get cravings!!
