I’ve been absolutely giddy with joy over your sweet Facebook comments, emails, and blog comments. Prevention RD’s Everyday Healthy Cooking is arriving on people’s doorsteps and it is such a surreal and exciting experience. I couldn’t be happier. In creating recipes for my next cookbook, a gluten-free cookbook, I’ve been experimenting with a lot of gluten-free flours. One of the flours I love most, almond flour, is actually the star of the cookbook. I’ve had the opportunity to use some great almond flour products…and some not so great almond flour products. Quality really does make a huge difference when it comes to gluten-free goods.
