About a year ago, Julia and I met not only through blogging but through Skyhorse Publishing who published both of our cookbooks. After months of hard work and waiting, Julia’s cookbook entitled Delicious Probiotic Drinks: 75 Recipes for Kombucha, Kefir, Ginger Beer, and Other Naturally Fermented Drinks is released and for sale!!! Also be sure to check out her stunning, healthy food blog, The Roasted Root. You’ll fall in love with not only her beautiful photography, but her fineness with food and particularly, vegetables.
The book is filled with stunning photos and delicious, good-for-you drinks – everything from kefir to kombucha to cultured vegetable juices. Each page is an interesting and enticing mix of flavors and nutrition that will have even the most health-conscious people learning and trying something new.
