Probiotic Drinks 1

About a year ago, Julia and I met not only through blogging but through Skyhorse Publishing who published both of our cookbooks. After months of hard work and waiting, Julia’s cookbook entitled Delicious Probiotic Drinks: 75 Recipes for Kombucha, Kefir, Ginger Beer, and Other Naturally Fermented Drinks is released and for sale!!! Also be sure to check out her stunning, healthy food blog, The Roasted Root. You’ll fall in love with not only her beautiful photography, but her fineness with food and particularly, vegetables.

I love milk kefir. I am now trying water kefir. It’s sitting on my counter right now. I used coconut sugar and it seems to be working well. I may be crazy but I love watching it and am excited to see the bubbles and grains move! I love science!!
