I love that you drain off the liquid before you add the sauce so that the dish isn’t greasy. I had initially planned to serve it on hamburger buns, but found I didn’t have any left in the freezer, so I made some whole wheat dinner rolls and we had it with those. Just delicious–moist and full of flavor.
