So my wife traded the flour to brown rice flour and it worked superbly. So it is possible to make Gluten Free. I absolutely loved the idea of Banana and Chocolate, even went as far as in to substitute the chocolate with Nutella. That turned out amazing as well. Great recipe, and thanks for sharing
