I made the cookies and they were absolutely delicious!

I have since modified them, sometimes out of necessity, but wanted to swap some seeds and also oat flour instead of plain. This comes out to crumbly but can be mixed with the ordinary flour. I also experimented with using dried apricots in addition to cranberries. Have also been adding sesame. All in all delish! Thank you so much for the recipe!

Made the cranberry seed breakfast cookie this week and thought they were excellent. Got two thumbs up from the people I shared with. Used sweetened cranberries as I could not find unsweetened. That was fine but I'm betting the tartness of the unsweetened cranberries would make these even better. Four days out and they're keeping very well. Pete
