Definitely going to see if I have everything needed to make it as soon as possible. Also the IP honey mustard chicken from the previous post sounds killer.
I love my instant pot for a variety of reasons, but I really love the hands off nature of the cooking process. It means I can focus on getting other things done… or just chill while it’s going. I have a different kitchen setup than most for the moment – no oven or stove, so everything I cook is in an electric skillet or the instant pot, occasionally the microwave – so I’m always looking for recipes that are adaptable, and I think this one will be!
