I love my instant pot for a variety of reasons, but I really love the hands off nature of the cooking process. It means I can focus on getting other things done... or just chill while it&#039;s going. I have a different kitchen setup than most for the moment - no oven or stove, so everything I cook is in an electric skillet or the instant pot, occasionally the microwave - so I&#039;m always looking for recipes that are adaptable, and I think this one will be!]]></description>
