Combine water and sugar in a small sauce pan over medium-high heat. Bring to a soft boil, stirring to dissolve sugar; remove from heat and set aside to cool.
In the bowl of a food processor, combine the remaining ingredients and the cooled sugar water; puree.
Divide mixture evenly among 7 (4 ounce) ice pop molds and freeze for 4+ hours, or until solid. Remove from freezer for 5-10 minutes before serving to easily release from molds.
