Crock Pot Cherry Pie Steel Cut Oats

A little something sweet and simple to start your morning off right. Kid-approved, no doubt!
Ingredients
  • 4 cups unsweetened vanilla almond milk
  • 1 Tbsp vanilla extract
  • ¼ cup sucanat or other granular sugar
  • 1 cup dry steel cut oats
  • 1 (20 oz) can no sugar added cherry pie filling
  • 1 cup pitted bing cherries, fresh or frozen
Instructions
  1. Combine all ingredients in a crock pot and stir. Place the lid on the crock pot and cook on low for 8-9 hours. Stir before serving hot.
