Crock Pot Cherry Pie Steel Cut Oats

- 4 cups unsweetened vanilla almond milk
- 1 Tbsp vanilla extract
- ¼ cup sucanat or other granular sugar
- 1 cup dry steel cut oats
- 1 (20 oz) can no sugar added cherry pie filling
- 1 cup pitted bing cherries, fresh or frozen
- Combine all ingredients in a crock pot and stir. Place the lid on the crock pot and cook on low for 8-9 hours. Stir before serving hot.
