1 cup whole wheat pastry flour or white wheat flour
1 cup old fashioned rolled oats
¼ cup sugar
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp cinnamon
½ tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
Preheat a griddle to medium high heat.
Place all ingredients in a blender and blend for 30 seconds, until smooth.
Pour approximately ΒΌ cup pancake batter onto the hot griddle and cook for about 3 minutes or until bubbles form on top. Flip pancake and cook for another 1-2 minutes. Repeat with remaining batter.
