Pan Seared Salmon with Creamy Sriracha

  • 2 (6 oz) salmon filets
  • 1 Tbsp olive oil
  • ⅛ tsp salt and black pepper, to taste
Creamy Sriracha:
  • 3 Tbsp low-fat mayonnaise
  • 3 Tbsp 2% plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 Tbsp Sriracha
  • juice from half a lime
  • ½ tsp low-sodium soy sauce
  1. Season salmong filets with salt and pepper. Heat olive oil in a small skillet over medium heat. Once hot, add salmon filets and cook 3-4 minutes per side or until cooked until desired doneness.
  2. Meanwhile, whisk together the ingredients for the Creamy Sriracha in a small bowl. Once cooked, drizzle the Creamy Sriracha over the cooked salmon filets and serve immediately.
