Yogurt with Honey and Chia Seeds

Serves: 1 serving
- 1 cup nonfat plain Greek yogurt
- 1 Tbsp honey
- 2 Tbsp walnuts
- 1 Tbsp slivered almonds
- 2 Tbsp dried cranberries
- 1 tsp chia seeds
- Spoon yogurt into a bowl and drizzle with honey. Top with nuts, cranberries, and chia seeds.
What I like about this combination is the omega 3 fatty acids from both the walnuts and chia seeds.
