Yogurt with Honey and Chia Seeds

Ingredients
  • 1 cup nonfat plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 Tbsp honey
  • 2 Tbsp walnuts
  • 1 Tbsp slivered almonds
  • 2 Tbsp dried cranberries
  • 1 tsp chia seeds
Instructions
  1. Spoon yogurt into a bowl and drizzle with honey. Top with nuts, cranberries, and chia seeds.
Notes
What I like about this combination is the omega 3 fatty acids from both the walnuts and chia seeds.
