Buttery Garlic Mushrooms

Serves: 4 servings
  • 24 oz cremini mushrooms, cleaned and stems removed
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 3 Tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
  • 2 Tbsp unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • ½ tsp kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
  • 3 Tbsp parsley, minced
  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. Place mushrooms in a large ziplock bag.
  2. In a glass liquid measuring cup or small bowl, combine the garlic, olive oil, butter, vinegar, salt and pepper; whisk well and pour over the mushrooms. Seal ziplock bag and toss well to coat; transfer to a baking dish in a single layer.
  3. Bake mushrooms 20-25 minutes. Remove from oven and sprinkle with parsley; serve hot.
