BLT Tostadas

Ingredients
6 strips nitrate-free turkey bacon
1 large avocado, pitted and diced
3 Tbsp onion, minced
¼ cup cilantro, minced
1 Tbsp fresh lime juice
¼ tsp salt
7 corn tostadas
3½ cups lettuce, shredded or sliced
2 tomatoes, seeded and diced
Instructions
Cook bacon until crispy; crumble and set aside.
Using the back of a fork, mash the diced avocado until fairly smooth. Add onion, cilantro, lime juice, and salt; mix well. Top each tostada with avocado mixture and then with shredded lettuce, diced tomato, and crumbled bacon. Serve immediately.
