Cajun Tilapia

Ingredients
  • 2 Tbsp olive oil
  • 1 lemon, juiced
  • 1 Tbsp cornstarch
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • ¾ tsp garlic powder
  • ¾ tsp onion powder
  • ¾ tsp dried oregano
  • ¾ tsp dried thyme
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp ground black pepper
  • ¼ tsp cayenne
  • 1 lb tilapia filets
Instructions
  1. Preheat broiler to 550 degrees F and line a large, rimmed sheet pan with aluminum foil; mist with olive oil.
  2. In a shallow dish combine: oil, lemon juice, cornstarch, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, thyme, salt, pepper and cayenne; whisk to combine.
  3. Dip the tilapia filets into the Cajun mixture. Place fish onto prepared pan.
  4. Broil the tilapia for 7-9 minutes or until fish is cooked through and flakes easily.
