Cajun Tilapia

Serves: 4 servings (4 oz each)
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 lemon, juiced
- 1 Tbsp cornstarch
- 1 tsp paprika
- ¾ tsp garlic powder
- ¾ tsp onion powder
- ¾ tsp dried oregano
- ¾ tsp dried thyme
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp ground black pepper
- ¼ tsp cayenne
- 1 lb tilapia filets
- Preheat broiler to 550 degrees F and line a large, rimmed sheet pan with aluminum foil; mist with olive oil.
- In a shallow dish combine: oil, lemon juice, cornstarch, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, thyme, salt, pepper and cayenne; whisk to combine.
- Dip the tilapia filets into the Cajun mixture. Place fish onto prepared pan.
- Broil the tilapia for 7-9 minutes or until fish is cooked through and flakes easily.
