Ingredients
  • 9 whole wheat lasagna noodles
  • 23.25 oz light marinara (such as Prego Light Smart)
  • 20 oz pineapple tidbits, drained well
  • 8 oz low-sodium ham (12 slices)
  • 2 cups 2% shredded mozzarella
Instructions
  1. Cook lasagna noodles according to package directions. Drain, cool under cold water until cool to touch.
  2. Spray a 9x13" pan with non-stick spray. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
  3. Lay 3 noodles in a single layer on the bottom of the pan and cover with about ¾ cup of marinara. Top with about ½ cup pineapple and 4 slices ham. Sprinkle with ⅓ cup cheese.
  4. Repeat layers so that you have 3 layers, using 1 full cup of cheese and a handful of pineapple tidbits on the top.
  5. Cover with tin foil and bake 35 minutes. Remove tin foil and bake another 20 minutes or until heated through and cheese on top is browned.
