Copycat Chili's Salsa

Serves: 3½ cups (14 servings, ¼ cup each)
- 1 Tbsp canned, diced jalapenos (not pickled)
- ½ cup yellow onion, roughly chopped
- 1 (14½ oz) can diced tomatoes with green chilies
- 1 (14½ oz) can whole canned tomatoes (plus the juice)
- ½ tsp garlic salt
- ½ tsp cumin
- ½ tsp sugar
- In a food processor or mini food prep, pulse the jalapeno and onion until chopped well.
- Add the remaining ingredients and process by pulsing to desired consistency, not a full puree.
- Cover and refrigerate until serving.
