1 lb boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch pieces
1 red bell pepper, chopped
1 green bell pepper, chopped
1 red onion, chopped
1 (15 oz) can pineapple chunks in 100% fruit juice
Instructions
Preheat grill to 400 degrees F.
Meanwhile, mix together the teriyaki sauce and dressing in a large bowl. Add all remaining ingredients and mix well.
In large, double-layered foil, divide the mixture onto 4 sheets, leaving about half of the liquid remaining (discard). Seal the edges of the foil by folding or rolling into a fully enclosed packet.
Grill packets for 15-20 minutes, rotating halfway through. Serve with sesame seeds and cilantro, if desired.
