Salmon with Creamy Dill Sauce

Ingredients
  • 4 (6 oz) salmon filets
  • ½ tsp salt, divided
  • black pepper, to taste
  • ⅔ cup low-fat plain Greek yogurt
  • 2 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 3 Tbsp fresh dill, finely chopped
  • 1 tsp lemon zest
  • 2 Tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 2 Tbsp low-fat milk
  • ½ tsp white sugar
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Arrange salmon on a baking sheet and sprinkle salmon with ¼ teaspoon salt and black pepper, to taste. Bake for 12 minutes or until desired doneness is reached.
  2. Meanwhile, mix together the yogurt, mustard, garlic, dill, lemon zest, lemon juice, milk, sugar, and remaining ¼ teaspoon salt.
  3. Serve salmon hot with the creamy dill sauce.
