Toasted Sesame Chicken Salad

Serves: 4 meal-sized salads
- 1 head romaine, chopped
- 2 cups shredded cabbage
- 1 cup shredded carrots
- ½ cucumber, peeled and sliced into half-moons
- 9 oz (2 cups) shredded rotisserie chicken
- 1 cup toasted sesame salad dressing
- 1 (15 oz) can mandarin oranges in 100% juice, drained
- ¼ cup slivered almonds
- ½ cup chow mein noodles
- 1 avocado, diced
- 1 bunch green onions, sliced
- In a large bowl, combine the romaine lettuce, cabbage, carrots, cucumber, and chicken; toss to combine. Drizzle with the dressing and toss to coat.
- Divided the salad onto 4 plates and top with ¼ of the mandarin oranges, almonds, chow main noodles, avocdo, and green onion.
