I'm just hoping to get a handful of kids to trick-or-treat at my door tonight. I like Hallowe'en a lot, but it's obviously much more fun as a kid.
I think it'd be cool to experience it in Puerto Vallarta though. I recall my first Hallowe'en in the gaybourhood when I moved to Toronto and I was amazed by the costumes.

So happy you are done with the cookbook! Woop!! My Mom just got back from London with my Aunt and my PIL are coming home today from Italy - I guess you can do a lot when you empty the nest! Except wait a second, I am 45 and my nest is empty - now I just need some $$ to travel! :D

That apple dish looks delicious - pure fall comfort for sure.

Congratulations on finishing your gluten-free cookbook Nicole!! That's a HUGE deal! I remember you mentioned in a post a few months ago that it was going to be challenging, and I hope you're really proud of what you did. I can't wait to see it in stores! :)

I can't wait for your new cookbook!!!! I want to start this collection of cook books and buy them for like dietary needs like gluten free, low sodium, ect. So when picking out dinners for the week (which are normally leftovers are my lunch) I can have well balanced days. Your GF one will have to be my GF one. :)

Ha-ha and football season is great! I am not so much a college football fan but my boyfriend is. He is bigger basketball though, I am thinking about bringing him to Duke vs Syracuse for his birthday! :)
