I’m sorry to hear about your loss. It’s really hard to watch a friend or a family member losing their life at a young age and it’s very difficult to cope with later. I know first hand about it, unfortunately.
I hope you’re holding up okay.

This shrimp scampi looks like such a flavorful dish, and I always appreciate how quick shrimp is to cook. It makes it perfect for quick weeknight meals.

So sad. Sounds like Kathy is in a better place right now. Sorry for your loss, and all of your co-workers’ loss as well. That’s always hard.
On another note, YUM to this recipe! I was actually debating last night between a halibut and shrimp recipe from your cookbook. I chose the halibut since it will only be in season for a little while longer. Can’t WAIT to make it (and, Nick needs toms fish in his life, just sayin’).
