having 20 lb of apples at my disposal is my dream! You coudl make pie, pancakes, muffins, bruschetta…so many options.
Can you make applesauce & ship it to me 😉 My kids would eat through that much in about a week, ha!
Oh yeah, so much fun! I went apple picking last weekend too! Sadly, I didn’t even bring my camera so I’m living vicariously through your gorgeous pictures. 😉
So far I’ve made apple butter, apple jelly, apple chips, applesauce, and Caramel Apple Cake (recipe coming soon for the cake)! I think I’m going to make apple cinnamon muffins this weekend. Fun stuff…and I love apples so much I’m not even sick of them yet, lol!
Julienne some and put them on a salad with roasted chicken, blue cheese and a delicious vinaigrette. Make some apple sauce! My favorite desserts are apple crisp and baked apples. I know you’re not much for baking, but I love making apple pies.

Ahhhh, SO jealous!!!! We’ve been able to apple pick for the last six years, due to the places we were living (Indiana and Pennsylvania), but now that we’re in Alabama, sadly, that fall tradition is no more 🙁
