This sounds amazing. I've seen pineapple in a crumble type dessert before but I've never tried it(heck, pineapple barely ever makes it past being cut up in this house, we go crazy for it when we do get it). Gotta try this! I like your method for organizing recipes, it's probably better than mine. I just click bookmark on everything I want to try and seriously, my bookmarks are a MESS. I swear my computer is slower because of it, lol. I can't help myself!

I'm very glad to hear that. I hope your session with the RD was helpful and the positive changes stick! Doing something together with the one you love is THE key. You will both do great! :)

Peach and pineapple sounds like a delicious combination! I got some blackberries this week from my mother's garden and my boyfriend immediately asked for apple-blackberry crumble, his favorite. So we've been enjoying that with homemade Greek yogurt on top (I added a little sugar and vanilla to the yogurt).

I wanted to give you a little update on my boyfriend's diabetes. You may recall that I commented a couple of weeks ago about how he'd just gotten diagnosed and was a little resistant to the lifestyle changes he needs to make. Things have improved since then; we saw the RD yesterday and she said his numbers are good and he's probably more pre-diabetic than diabetic. I was afraid he'd take that as an excuse to fall back into old habits, but the fact that he's losing weight on the regimen is keeping him going. So I'm less worried about him and happy for both of us that we're eating healthier (I have PCOS, so keeping to a diabetic diet is good for me, too).
