The Giant Eagle Market District had an entire event one weekend, focusing on hatch chiles! Yep, I walked in and the smells were intoxicating.

I have never seen Hatch chiles here in Northwest Ohio, either! Jealous.

Dallas is the same way but at least we get produce 🙂 I love adding potatoes in tacos, very carbolicious yet yummy

Those tacos stopped me in my tracks! Potatoes in tacos & burritos are a thing here in Texas – and one I always have a hard time getting behind because of “all” the carbs. But those look and sound conpletely amazing.
