And a note to your readers, my boss who has a removable pot in her crock pot never realized until I told her that her crock pot meal could be made the night before, then in the morning, just pop it in the crock pot, turn it on and off you go.  Saved her so much time when her mornings are stressful on a regular basis.]]></description>
