Dottie: The recipe makes 6 servings that are each 1.33 (1 and 1/3 cups). Here the nutrition info per serving based on that: 208 calories; 2.3 g. fat; 17 mg. cholesterol; 921 mg. sodium; 36.5 g. carbohydrate; 15.7 g. fiber; 19.5 g. protein; 3.5 g. sugar. It's all in the post, I just checked :) Let me know if you have any other questions :)

Thank you so much for this recipe Nicole. My hubby was just requesting a navy bean and ham soup but it sounded way too fattening. So I did a little research and ended up at your awesome site! I shared your recipe on my blog at www.theorganicrabbit.com. I've decided to start a "Slow Cooker Sunday" series and your recipe is the first in the series. I really look forward to seeing what other healthy recipes you have. Thanks again.

Made it last night (sans ham) and it turned out awesome. I didn't put much water so I would get more of a bean ragout or a baked bean consistency.
