Thanks, John! You know, I couldn’t tell you the brand…all gone 🙁 I found it near the sausage in 2 individually wrapped links and I thought it was a good product. I haven’t had good luck with the kinds that come without casing, for what it’s worth. I’ll try to remember to look the next time I grocery shop 🙂
