5th Annual Chili Contest Round-Up and Winners Announced!

Another year, another chili contest. Tons of great recipes, but there can only be one winner…and one runner up!

Entry #1: Texas-Style Chili — Super spicy, hearty, and perfect for meat lovers!

Entry #2: Jamaican Jerk Chili — A labor of love, this chili is jam packed with sweet and heat. The mango salsa is the perfect finish!

Entry #3: Vegetarian Quinoa Chili — Simple ingredients with big flavor.

Entry #4: Southwest Chicken Chili — Traditional flavors with chicken and a slightly creamy finish.

Entry #6: Mexican Quinoa Chili — A thick chicken chili with quinoa…all cooked in the crock pot.

Entry #7: Katie’s Chili — Slightly smokey and sweet this perfectly balanced chili has it all.

Thank you to all contest entries for sharing these fabulous recipes. Choosing a winner was not easy!

That said, Katie’s Chili takes FIRST PLACE and the Jamaican Jerk Chili is RUNNER UP! The first place entry wins a $100 Visa gift card and the runner up, a $50 Visa gift card. I’ll be in touch, winners!

    I have made the Jamaican Jerk Chili twice and think it is amazing! I will have to try Katie’s Chili if you think it is better!

    We are a chili-loving family and I love to change things up whenever I make a pot of chili. I am bookmarking this so I can go through these recipes one by one. Great list!
